Prior to joining GCG, Ms. Fishbein spent a number of years at a Midwest based class action administration company, where she was a member of senior management.  During her tenure there, Ms. Fishbein was responsible for managing and directing complex class action consumer cases, developing case administration strategies, advising on different service methodologies, performing case audits, and exploring alternative operational practices to achieve the highest possible quality of service at the lowest possible cost.  Additionally, she provided legal support to senior management in operational, compliance and administrative areas.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Fishbein worked as an attorney at a prominent class action law firm in New York.  While at the law firm, she litigated and settled many types of class actions, including securities, consumer, employment and corporate governance cases.

Ms. Fishbein maintains a strong commitment to pro bono work.  During a recent presidential election, she served as a non-partisan election monitor, has served as a guardian-ad-litem, and has provided assistance to the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights under Law.  Ms. Fishbein was also actively involved with the Unemployment Action Center where she represented indigent individuals seeking unemployment benefits before administrative law judges.
