Michael Kierath

With more than 20 years of business development and sales experience in the Call Center and Business Process Outsourcing (“BPO”) space, Mike Kierath has joined GCG’s Development Team to spearhead all new business development activities for our Contact Center, BPO and Fulfillment service offerings.  In his role, Mr. Kierath is responsible for expanding GCG’s key relationships, including new client outreach initiatives from the initial contact, relationship and solution development to program execution and continuous improvement.  He draws upon his in-depth knowledge of all facets of outsourcing projects including technical customer care, support center, and fulfillment, as well as his established professional network to serve as a trusted resource for clients involved in the Contact Center and BPO process to ensure the delivery of an exceptional client service experience.

Prior to joining GCG, Mr. Kierath held senior business development and sales roles at several BPO providers, including SPI, Aegis/Teleperformance and Cyber City Teleservices.
