Jen Bareither

As a Director, Operations, Jen Bareither specializes in the administration of class action settlements, with particular expertise in securities, consumer and wage and hour cases.  Over the past 10 years at GCG, Ms. Bareither’s energy, enthusiasm and attention to detail has enabled her to lead a dynamic team of operations specialists in the successful administration of over 200 cases and paying agent deals for various mergers.  Her particular expertise managing and analyzing large populations of complex data has helped GCG execute a number of challenging cases, including In re Bear Stearns Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Litigation, the JP Morgan RMBS Settlement, the Wells Fargo Inspection Fee Settlement ,the Indirect Vitamins Antitrust Litigation Settlement, Doryx Indirect Purchaser Antitrust Litigation, and the Regions Morgan Keenan ERISA Settlement.

Ms. Bareither manages multimillion dollar securities and multidisciplinary class action cases from initial project inception through the disbursement of funds while acting as a liaison between operation leads, programmers, systems teams, quality assurance personnel, communications staff, management, clients and other parties.  She has developed and maintained databases for hundreds of millions of potential class members and claimants, edited and finalized class notices, managed claim intake, processing, deficiency notification and resolution, and statistical to prepare for and facilitate the distribution of settlement funds in accordance with court orders. She also had the opportunity to serve as an Agile Subject Matter Expert for the creation, development and rollout of a new software and interface program.

Prior to joining GCG, Ms. Bareither spent eight years as a paralegal at Keller Rohrback in Seattle where she managed securities fraud and ERISA class action cases.
