In his six years at GCG, Jacob Putnam has developed expertise in providing and critically analyzing long term solutions for complex class action and mass tort cases.  While he has experience in all facets of GCG Operations procedure, he has become particularly efficient in matters pertaining to claim processing and reporting needs. Those needs include an understanding of how the processes for claim form creation, website design, data collection, processor training, and claimant outreach intertwine to create a final product that meets client expectations.

Most recently Mr. Putnam is assisting with GCG’s administration of the $1.425 billion Stryker Modular Hip Settlement which includes multiple claim form submissions and a multi-stage award determination process. Additionally, Mr. Putnam assisted in managing claim processing for the $20 billion Gulf Coast Claims Facility, and the $10.3 billion BP Deepwater Horizon Settlement. Mr. Putnam also assisted in claim form development, processor training, and claim determination for the GM Ignition Compensation Claims Resolution Facility.
