As Assistant Director of GCG’s Class Action Operations, Eric Kierkegaard has spent the past decade at GCG handling more than 150 consumer, wage and hour, data-breach, discrimination, and antitrust settlement administrations.  Based on his extensive experience, he is often called upon by the organization to work on settlements involving government entities, financial institutions, prominent companies, complex, often confidential data scenarios, and high-value/high-volume distributions.  During his tenure at GCG, he has also worked on dozens of cases involving discrete sub-classes, media campaigns, large-volume email notice campaigns, complex claim processing, and specialized distribution scenarios.  The numerous landmark cases he’s handled include: In re Classmates.com Consolidated Litigation, Pacific Bell Late Fee Litigation, AT&T Wireless Class Action Settlement, In re Air Cargo Shipping Services Antitrust Litigation, Schlesinger v.
