Prior to joining GCG’s Class Action Operations Team, Mr. Mason was an integral part of GCG’s bankruptcy department for six years. During that time, he participated in several large and complex case administrations, including AMR Corporation (American Airlines), Quicksilver Resources, General Maritime Corporation and the TerreStar Network bankruptcy matters. In addition to managing complicated noticing campaigns in these cases, he helped to conceive and implement several departmental protocols and was a driving force in the development of the bankruptcy claims reconciliation process. He has been instrumental in the growth of the bankruptcy group and the enhancement of client tools and solutions, including online claims processing platforms and interactive claims register reports.
