In his more than 15 years at GCG, Dwayne Thorne has provided Quality Assurance management to large consumer cases such as Visa Check/MasterMoney Antitrust Litigation and the Deepwater Horizon Settlement.  His oversight of distribution audits handled by GCG is vital to the quality assurance process. Prior to joining Quality Assurance and Audit & Compliance teams, Mr. Thorne was an Operations manager for several class actions and other settlements with complex processing issues, including global mailings of notices, claim forms and relief to international claimants in various languages.

Prior to joining GCG, Mr. Thorne was a Project Manager at a laboratory that worked directly with pharmaceutical companies in the clinical trial phases of drug development.
