Diana Hughes draws upon nearly 20 years of application development, and project and program management experience to effectively lead the design and innovation of GCG’s internally and externally facing applications. Her particular expertise in project management and business analysis promotes GCG’s continuous improvement environment in order to increase operating model consistency, and engage and empower GCG employees to enhance the value of service provided to our clients.

Prior to joining GCG, Ms. Hughes spent several years at Liberty Mutual Company running large-scale Application Development Projects in Information Management and various other departments. During that time, she was charged with managing a range of IT and technically-driven projects in support of Liberty Mutual’s Personal and Commercial Insurance strategic objectives. She also spent three and a half years as Director of Lean Transformation at Liberty Mutual where her focus centered upon on operational efficiency, effectiveness and improving the culture of the company. While in that role she worked with executive leadership to create and execute a lean strategy for improved customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and process efficiencies. Prior to her roles at Liberty, she spent eight years working at Safeco Insurance in management, project management an analyst roles honing her ability to effectively manage and deliver projects and initiatives according to industry best practices.
