Candice Casto oversees GCG’s Electronic Filing Department, where she works closely with some of the largest banks, brokers, financial institutions and claim filing companies in the world. She has handled millions of electronic claims for hundreds of cases of varying complexity, resulting in the distribution of billions of dollars, including for the $2.4 billion Bank of America Corp. Securities Litigation. Since her start at GCG in 2004, Candice Casto has mastered multiple Operations Team roles that have provided her with deep insight into GCG’s settlement administration strategy and best practices. Starting as a claims processor, she advanced through increased responsibility in roles including Quality Assurance Administrator, Dissemination and Electronic Filing Team member and liaison with internal system developers. Her leadership was instrumental in establishing the Ohio Bankruptcy Team, which handled data review for hundreds of thousands of creditors for the In re AMR Corporation, et al (AAM), and continues to handle data intensive projects, contract review and schedule preparation.
