Brian Pinkerton

Brian Pinkerton is responsible for managing a wide range of class action settlement administrations,  including consumer, wage and hour, and large antitrust cases, in which he has developed significant  experience handling large data sets and developing creative strategies for reviewing and assessing complex data.  In addition to his experience managing a variety of complex settlement administrations, Mr. Pinkerton has worked closely with members of GCG’s senior leadership on multiple aspects of the $3.4 billion Cobell v. Salazar – Indian Trust Settlement, including supervising the class member communications team in GCG’s Seattle office, establishing protocols and procedures, and assessing complex sets of data.

Brian Pinkerton is responsible for managing a wide range of class action settlement administrations,  including consumer, wage and hour, and large antitrust cases, in which he has developed significant  experience handling large data sets and developing creative strategies for reviewing and assessing complex data.  In addition to his experience managing a variety of complex settlement administrations, Mr. Pinkerton has worked closely with members of GCG’s senior leadership on multiple aspects of the $3.4 billion Cobell v. Salazar – Indian Trust Settlement, including supervising the class member communications team in GCG’s Seattle office, establishing protocols and procedures, and assessing complex sets of data. He is also a member of a small team of individuals on the in the Indian Trust Settlement team who have traveled around the country working directly with settlement class members and collaborating with government agency offices to fill in gaps in the government’s contact data and facilitate payment to class members.

During law school, Mr. Pinkerton completed externships with the U.S. Social Security Administration Department of Adjudication and Review as well as the Pierce County Superior Court Commissioners’ Department.
