Adam Raas

Adam Raas oversees the Intake and Dissemination department in GCG’s 60,000 square foot state-of-the-art Mail, Processing and Contact Center in Dublin, Ohio, where he is responsible for handling millions of incoming and outgoing mail pieces each year. Mr. Raas began working at GCG in 2011 as a project administrator handling mailings for bankruptcy projects. He quickly advanced to his current role of senior project manager, in which he oversees the preparation of documents for scanning, as well as the scanning and storage of over 40,000 boxes of case-related documents in addition to daily mailings of thousands of items.

Mr. Raas began working at GCG in 2011 as a project administrator handling mailings for bankruptcy projects. Mr. Raas continues to develop and refine procedures that ensure each piece of mail entering or leaving GCG is handled according to GCG’s rigorous Quality Assurance and data security protocols. Additionally, Mr. Raas manages four teams handling intake, dissemination, data entry, and document categorization for the Deepwater Horizon Settlement.

Prior to joining GCG, Mr. Raas worked as a museum educator at the Atlanta History Center. There, he developed the curriculum for the exhibit I Have a Dream: The Papers of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
