On July 3, 2008, Printers Row, LLC filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois (the "Bankruptcy Court"). The case is assigned to the Honorable Eugene R. Wedoff.
Pursuant to an order dated September 17, 2008, (the "Bar Date Order"), the Bankruptcy Court set November 17, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time (the "General Bar Date") as the last date to file a claim, including 503(b)(9) Claims, against the Debtor for any debt that arose on or prior to July 3, 2008. The Bar Date Order set December 30, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time (the "Government Bar Date") as the last date for a governmental unit to file a claim against the Debtor for any debt that arose on or prior to July 3, 2008.
