ProRhythm, Inc

On December 11, 2007, ProRhythm, Inc. (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court"). The case is being administered under case number 07-11861 and is assigned to the Honorable Kevin J. Carey.

Pursuant to an Order dated February 15, 2008 (the "Bar Date Order"), the Bankruptcy Court set March 31, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Prevailing Eastern Time (the "General Bar Date") and June 9, 2008 for governmental units (the "Governmental Bar Date") as the last date for filing claims against ProRhythm Inc. for any debt that arose before December 11, 2007. A signed, original, completed proof of claim, together with any accompanying or supporting documentation, should be delivered to one of the following addresses:

Proofs of claim submitted by facsimile or e-mail will not be accepted and will not be deemed filed until the original proof of claim is submitted by one of the methods described above. Proofs of claim will be deemed filed only when actually received by The Garden City Group, Inc.
