On October 14, 2005, Photocircuits Corporation (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York (the "Bankruptcy Court"). The case is administered under case number 05-89022 and is assigned to the Honorable Carla E. Craig.

On April 18, 2006, an order was signed by the Bankruptcy Court amending the caption of this case to reflect the Debtor's name change to PC Liquidation Corp.

On November 13, 2006, an order was signed confirming the Debtor's third amended plan of liquidation.
