On May 20, 2003, petitions for for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code were filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey by The Muralo Company, Inc. and Norton & Son of California, Inc. The cases are jointly administered under case number 03-26723 (MS) and are assigned to the Honorable Morris Stern.

On October 19, 2007 the Debtors filed their First Modified Joint Plan of Reorganization and their Disclosure Statement. On December 21, 2007, an Order was entered confirming the Debtors’ First Modified Joint Plan of Reorganization.
