Mr. Haber joined GCG in January 2009 as a Senior Consultant, where he develops and maintains client relationships for both the Business Reorganization and Class Action Services divisions of GCG.
Mr. Haber practiced as a commercial litigator at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., and at Wachtel & Masyr LLP. There he gained extensive experience litigating complex multi-million dollar matters in a wide-range of areas, including securities law, partnership disputes, white-collar crime and bankruptcy. Immediately prior to joining GCG, Mr. Haber was a legal recruiter for a premier recruitment firm in the New York metropolitan area.
Mr. Haber received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Haber received his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University. Mr. Haber is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
