Debra Wolther
Senior Bankruptcy Consultant

Ms. Wolther joined GCG in February 2008. Her
responsibilities include contributing to GCG’s website team which develops and maintains websites for debtors and creditors committees. She is also an active member of the Schedules Team and supervises the preparation of Statements of Financial Affairs (SOFAs).

Ms. Wolther is an attorney with legal and business experience. As the Executive Vice President of All Round Foods, Ms. Wolther helped the company earn Sysco Corporation's "Top 100 Supplier" award five times in ten years, twice in the silver category. All Round Foods is a supplier of frozen bakery products to over fifty Sysco operating companies from coast to coast.

As a former bankruptcy attorney, Ms. Wolther handled case management for several chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees in the Eastern District of New York for whom she analyzed bankruptcy schedules, attended 341 meetings, conducted case investigation, document review and legal research. She also drafted pleadings, motion papers and legal opinion letters. In addition, Ms. Wolther has represented numerous debtors in chapters 7, 11 and 13.

Ms. Wolther, a member of IWIRC and ABI, earned her BA in English Literature at Boston University, cum laude and her Juris Doctor at Hofstra University.
