As GCG's Vice President, Contact Center Operation, Ms. Lewis manages the firm's Contact Center Operation, which consists of a powerful team of customer service representatives, 6 project managers and 8 supervisors at 5 different sites. Ms. Lewis oversees the telecom needs of more than 150 active projects requiring both domestic and international phone support.
In her role, Ms. Lewis initiates and monitors the best practices in management processes, contact center technology and facilities
management. Additionally, she provides oversight of workforce management, project management, and application support. She
ensures that all key performance metrics are consistently met through accurate forecasting of work volume, optimization of
technology, and efficient staff utilization.
Ms. Lewis graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. She is an active member of the Association of Call Center Managers (ACCM).
